Episode 126 - Rob Sherwood - NC0B

Picture
Since the mid-1970s, Rob Sherwood, NC0B, founded Sherwood Engineering, in Colorado, to build Drake receiver upgrades and to test the performance of amateur radio receivers and transceivers beginning with Drake receivers.  Rob’s list has become the gold standard by which many amateurs, including contest operators, choose their next rig. Licensed since 1961, NC0B shares his amateur radio story with Eric, 4Z1UG in this QSO Today.

I picked up a ten tec jupiter (grey and green) and have the latest software. I had a ten tec omni 6+ which i liked. I have not seen many technical reviews for the jupiter and am considering an ICOM IC7300 but hate to get one and find it was not worth it. Have you done any technical reviews of the Jupiter that I could compare to see where it sits in the lineup?.. WB3AGL...paul
